Donna M. Mitchell, MBA, LCPC

Ms. Mitchell provides counseling to clients through individual and group sessions to assist them in healing from grief, trauma, substance abuse, physical abuse, PTSD, depression and anxiety. She is an accomplished and dedicated mental health therapist, experienced in utilizing clinical skills to serve diverse populations with a range of mental health needs and behavioral issues.  She provides psychotherapy, psycho-education and support to individuals and families seeking mental health services from the ages of 3-60 years old. Therapies include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), In-VIVO Therapy, Solution-Focused and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Ms. Mitchell also provides family training on such topics as effective parenting, signs of suicide, and life skills for all family members. 

 

She has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a Physicians Hospital Organization (PHO) where her duties included preparation of the annual operating and medical budgets.  She provided analysis of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial rates to ensure adequate revenue to support anticipated claims, as well as the development of annual Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial fee schedules. 

 

Ms. Mitchell also possesses experience in Federal Government financial management, compliance, quality control/assurance, accounting, contracts management, auditing, strategic planning, and management consulting.  Her business endeavors include fiscal oversight, project management, financial modeling, due diligence, and managed care financial analysis. Her client experiences include focused compliance services covering complex operational, program and accounting operations, payroll and vendor transactions and reporting, including testing for compliance with various state and federal laws and regulations.  She has helped businesses and agencies to adopt best practices and process/cost efficiencies.  She possesses significant supervisory and operational experience, serving as chief financial officer/consultant supporting businesses in various industries, as well as strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, effective leadership and team building.  To experience healing, therapeutic recovery, renewed self-esteem and self-regulation, process through a new phase of life or career development reach out to Wellspring Restorative Therapy Services, LLC.

Ryan Tracy, LCPC

Mr. Ryan Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in counseling adolescents, adults, and families.  In 2001, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Delaware; and in 2009, he completed his Master of Science in Counseling at the Johns Hopkins University.  He has experience in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, grief, and trauma.  His therapeutic approach is largely person-centered, though he often draws on the theories and techniques of various other psychotherapies (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, and Gestalt), so as to best meet the needs of clients.

Kirsten Jackson, LCPC

Kirsten Jackson, LCPC, is a Maryland based therapist and creative whose work sits at the intersection of mental health, culture, and the expressive arts. She specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults through approaches that honor identity, imagination, and emotional exploration.
With a commitment to making therapy feel safe, authentic, and accessible, Kirsten incorporates art, storytelling, mindfulness, and play into her sessions, reminding young people that healing can be both grounding and liberating. Her work empowers clients to understand their emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and courage.
Rooted in community and culture, Kirsten continues to create spaces where youth feel seen, supported, and understood, even in the moments when life feels heavy.

Africa Lancaster, LGSW

Africa Lancaster, LGSW, is a Washington, DC-based Licensed Graduate Social Worker and therapist with Wellspring Restorative Therapy Services. She brings over 20 years of experience across case management, housing programs, grant management, and behavioral health leadership. Her background in supervising housing initiatives and managing community mental health programs deeply informs her holistic, systems aware approach to therapy.
Africa supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and work related stress through evidence based, strengths focused, and culturally responsive care. She is committed to helping clients build clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth by combining clinical insight with practical, real world understanding.
A dedicated advocate for youth, Africa has also served as a cheer coach within DC Public Schools, championing resilience, emotional wellbeing, and personal development among student athletes. Her therapeutic work is grounded in restorative practice, professionalism, and a deep belief in every client’s capacity for healing and self-empowerment.

Moriah Coleman, LCSW-C

Moriah Coleman, LCSW-C, is a Maryland based Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical with a multidisciplinary educational background in Social Work, Sociology, and Anthropology. She has extensive clinical experience supporting children, adults, and families, and specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, OCD, trauma histories, and relational challenges.
Moriah integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities to create customized, client-centered treatment plans that honor each person’s lived experience and capacity for growth. She is committed to cultivating an inclusive and open minded space where clients feel safe exploring self discovery, self care, and self love on their journey toward healing and self actualization.
Outside of her clinical work, Moriah enjoys sports (a proud Ravens fan), traveling, appreciating art and nature, and staying curious about human behavior and culture. She holds a deep interest in alternative and culturally rooted approaches to healing, continuing to expand her lens both personally and professionally.
